Will this fit a MY06 JDM STI Spec C, assuming you are using appropriate aftermarket injectors?

if the Helix 860cc injectors are for a USDM STi then they will work with these fuel rails

Well if I get aftermarket side feeds they should fit OK right?

The question is more pointed at if the rails will bolt on OK to a Spec C - i.e. nothing on the Spec C gets in the way and mounting positions are the same, etc...

the Spec C has a different intake manifold, i doubt they'll fit.

APS does make top feed fuel rails for a wrx.
