I've heard this exhaust in person, it sounds badass. My friend Mike was able to scoop the prototype version. Gruppe-s had only a few of them...

Sure thing. Thanks for the opportunity.

More pics and a sound clip! This is the burnt tip edition. Most of them have unburnt tips.

I received my exhaust on Thursday, installed it on Friday.

I ordered the non-scorched tip catback and catless Helix downpipe.

1) Awesome stuff!
2) Quality on both pieces is better or just as good as any I have seen.
3) Fitment was almost perfect except the drivers side hanger on the strap that goes around the canister. It was too long on the drivers side, but fine on the passenger side. I moved the rubber hanger to the outside of the OEM hanger mount and it fits perfect.
4) Sounds wicked! Is louder than my Turbo XS RFL catless TBE that I had before. Which is nice!
5) The entire catback weighs less than just the down-pipe. Down-pipe about 13lbs and the catback about 11lbs.
6) Comes with absolutely everything........mechanical fix for the O2 sensor, new OEM turbo-->down-pipe gasket and of course all of the other gaskets and nuts/bolts needed to mount the sucker.
7) No highway drone even though it is a really loud exhaust.

A+++++

Toby

++Probably hands down the best titanium exhaust under 900.00 Damn I didn't get to weigh mine but i thought axle back plus the mid pipe was 11.8 pounds according to gruppe s?

Anyway this is my first angled exhaust so i'm not really sure if its angled right or what. Pictures of other exhaust seem to very from make to make but most point a little more to the left side(driver). Who would be kind on enough to take pictures of theirs- esp. the 4 four exhaust hangers. I think mine is in the verge of hitting part of the drive train if I come across a big ass pot hole.

I think i may be having the same problem but i think i'ts just my lack of angled-exhaust mounting training.

This angled exhaust stuff is new to me-is there anyway you could pm or post picks of how you set yours up.

How many burnt tip versions do you guys have left? Is it just a limited production run? Or will Helix continue to make burnt tips.
