I'm going to have to get meth. inj. Going to run it on stock turbo till I can afford all supporting mods for a 20g. I've heard around 330whp for vf39 with meth.

Yep, that's through the stock inlet tube too...

I think I've hit the limit of something. I can't get over 20.4 psi at the top. I've got 10 pulls in a row between 426wlb-ft and 429 wlb-ft, and 396-398 whp, but I can't get that magic 4xx whp

PSM, if you free up the exhaust, you have to expect to need to turn down the wastegate duty.... Just like everybody who goes from catted to catless and then hits boost cut... freer exhaust needs less wastegate. I'm happy to touch it up, send me your ecu. Anytime you change parts after a tune, you might need a touch up. (maybe PM or call next time, I don't think a thread is the appropriate place for this)

If I could hold the 22 to 7k I wanted 415+ would be easy. It holds high 23's till almost 5k, then drops despite 100% wastegate duty. It's down near 20.0 psi by 6200, peak whp is near 6500...

This is all with Ecutek controlling boost. An standalone boost controller, or fixing a possible leak, and keeping 22 should make near 420 whp easily.

I think I might have a leak somewhere, we'll pressure test it tomorrow. If so, things will be great

When the car came in it was making near 360 and 360, and the owner was not comfortable with the power already. I think it's already going to be WAY more powerful than he will be using.

Great post Scott...I'm jumping aboard the SMC bandwagon as well, stock turbo first. And are those numbers above on the stock injectors and pump?

Those are awsome #'s. Meth injection is a beautiful thing, it wont take away all detination, but it will help to reduce the chase's dramatically. My buddy's been running straight meth on his Cobra for a year now, making 650+rwhp. The charged air temps were unbelievable, I have never seen anything so low under high boost.

What is the timing at right now?

funny you should ask We get the SMC kits 4 at a time. We did 4 kits in 6 days with the last round All 4 had pumps and upgraded injectors, but all 4 are in the 60% range on IDC...

I already have the next 4 on their way, and at least one of them will be getting a 20G, TMIC and meth on the STOCK injectors. We'll ease the boost up, and see if and when we get near 95% IDC. We'll still do the pumps just to make sure it can supply the pressure.

Nivek, sorry dude. I had been on the dyno for 5 hours straight and walked up front to grab a bottle of water, I just posted where I was, I'll be more careful.
