IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2003 Trader Rating: (2) | This isn't necessarily a kit like a GT30R would be (which requires its own downpipe, uppipe, ext wastegate, etc). This is just a turbo, its a bolt on turbo. You can get it in stock inlet size (Which bolts right on) or 3" inlet size (Which will require tumbler deletes and a 3" inlet hose to properly fit). We will be putting together a package deal for them both. You will need to add a stainless steel oil line and gasket if you don't have one or cannot source one otherwise. Our final results were 403WHP/417WTQ at 21psi on the Forced Performance 3" 20GTD06H turbo. We are waiting to get the dyno back from Topspeed and it will be posted as soon as we get it. 21psi is pretty low and could have easily hit the 430-440wtq range at 23-24psi, but the hp increase per psi added was minimal beyond that point and we decided 21psi was a good place to stop . Awesome spool up, extremely fast (video will be coming soon) and the car is a beast. You CAN feel all 4 tires grabbing for traction and transfering power giving it WOT in 1st/2nd. The problem before was at 19psi+ the perrin inlet hose collapsed. We contacted perrin and they suggested the BIG MAF would fix this. We put it on and indeed it did. We didn't gain any power, but it did fix the problem and we're running 21psi without a problem. We may be looking into the SAMCO 3" inlet hose next and a CAI again as I don't like the short rams much. Great turbo, awesome results. Keep an eye peeled for a Green dyno soon and then a Red. This may be a month or so down the road, but we do plan on doing it. If you are interested at all or have any questions, feel free to ask: rschwarze@staticxmotorsports.com. Also to answer your question directly, the $10XX price gets you the turbo only. You will need a stainless steel oil line, but that it is, its ready to install and tune and go otherwise! IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2003 Trader Rating: (2) | Scott - We are trying to gather interest in this as we will be required to make a stocking order (like with most manufacturers) and so we will be initially stocking them and if things go well, we will be stocking a great number of the 20s greens and reds. All directly from FP. We will be putting a package together for people wanting the 3" setup and the standard setup will just bolt on, so thats all good If he wants something by December first, have him get with me soon please as depending on what he wants, it can be a simple drop in or something a little more serious for the 3" setups. Thanks!Matt - Yes we will be. We are putting together a stocking order for them. Thanks Matt! Those listed on the website will be the majority of what we will be stocking. Robert~ |

| Professional STI Driver | i thought the red was a 65trim?? it says its a 56 This is THE ultimate bolt on turbo. With its 3" inlet and massive GT40 56 trim compressor wheel, it is easily one of THE best looking and best performing bolt on turbochargers. Many DSMs are in the 9s and 10s on this turbo! Get ahold of some real power, TODAY |
