What are the measurements you need Chris?

I have a set of Enkei RC-T4s with huge 75mm center bores. What size are the RPF1s?

those are freakin huge! Thats 2.95 inches! I'd need to order a foot of 3.5" dia material just for those things
Right now Im having a hard enough time getting hold of my friend with the RPF1 since I have to have him mount the wheels on the car for me to test fit it and everything. I'd like to test fit the cap before sending it, so I'd have to find a local with the same wheel you have. This stuff is harder than I thought.

I doubt that you will find a local with RC-T4s...not very many sets of them around.

It looks like 73mm is the common size for RPF1 bore...so much for that! Damn. (It thought that we may have been able to use the cap design you prototyped for the RPF1 on my RC-t4s...but I guess not.)

each wheel type is going to have to get a custom cap. I use a precision press-fit oring to seal the cap to the wheel so it wont pop off. I doubt any two different wheels could share a cap

can you paint this copolymer stuff?

Also from the picture, it seems the caps are about 2-3mm higher than the wheel surface, can you make them so that they are absolutely flat with the wheel surface?
I would like a set for VOLK CE28N price quote for Stainless Steel please.

these what the volk units looks like

Im hesitant to paint anything because it would probably wear off being outside of the car.
Again, I'd have to find a local who would let me measure their CE28N's to get the specs, then let me test fit them on his car. Its not something I can easily do so expanding these offerings is going to take some time

What about a carbon fiber or obsidian black pearl backround with an Advan gold STi on it, would that be feasible?

Let me know,

Where are you in the TriState? You can test fit on my RPFs if you're close enough.

Northern NJ is my local.

Playboy, are you talking about a sticker? The background will be the black copolymer and an engraving can be filled with paint to get the gold STI symbol you're talking about

The materials I use for the caps are only supplied in white or black. To make it gold, it would need a painted surface, which I fear would deteriorate in the weather situations your wheels go through. It might be best to only paint the engraved grooves because they are recessed to keep the paint hidden from the elements a little better.
