I am prototyping the RPF1 caps this weekend for a customer.
I am making CR-Kai caps after that for my new wheels.
Then I can make Rota SDR caps since I have those wheels on the car right now.

May possibly be interested in some CR-Kai caps. I have to decide if I like running with or without them.

I have one prototype of the RPF1 done, but my friend wont return my phone call. I have to meet up with him to test fit it on his wheel. Then Ill be able to supply those.

I did finish the first CR-KAI cap since I have that wheel of my own to test fit it on. Here are some pics of a plain black copolymer cap. You can see that it fits on the back with the hub-centric ring too.
I made a change after this pic was taken. I made a recess in the back side so it fits over the axel bolt ok.
Ill take more pics of the final prototype over the weekend.

Price for a plain set of 4 as shown here for the CR-Kai's are ready to be made since test fitting is complete. These press into the wheel with a nice amount of pressure, and the o-ring will seal it in strong enough that you cannot pull them off from the front so they wont get stolen. You have to pop them out from behind the wheel. I recommend removing them for racing events where the wheels will heat up. COPOLYMER MELTS at 70*Celcius (150*F). Autocross should be ok since that is short-term racing.

PRICING:

$50 Shipped - (Four) Plain Black Work Emotion CR-Kai 17x8 Centercaps
$50 Shipped - (Four) Plain Black Enkei RPF-1 17x8 Centercaps

Engraving will be extra. I can do engravings of various text on the caps, and have it filled in with acrylic paint. I have the engravings done by a local professional who does excellent work, but my price is around $50-60 for a set of these, so add about that much to get an idea for the engraved price.

I am taking orders for the CR-Kai wheel caps now since they are ready.
RPF1 caps will be ready as soon as my friend answers his calls

If you're my friend, can you send me a wheel?
I need the actual thing here to try various sizes to get the right amount of press fit so it works right. Then I have to test fit in on a car to make sure it clears the axel nut.
