It seems like a lot of wheels have differing caps. The STi ones shown in Post1 have a separate piece with the STi logo removable from the casing. Other BBS wheels have a single piece cap with the BBS logo on it...

I have to do quite a bit of research and get some people to let me measure a wheel or centercap in person.

How 'bout a plain black center cap with the STI logo engraved/machined in it? You wouldn't have to buy the expensive STI ones and people can paint the recessed area if they want it colored.

I cant do that machining anyway. Its either CNC or with a laser engraver machine, both of which are more than $20k for a good one. Either way, Ill have to outsource the logos

I can ship internationally. Paypal is usually best for int. orders. I'll have to get measurements for the wheels you have over here to make the parts. What wheels are they?

That is a cool idea! Is there problems selling something with the STI logo on it though?!

Edit: what about making the caps and simply putting a vinyl STI sticker on it and then having a seperate clear piece to place over top of the sticker.

Thats what I plan to do. If I can buy pre-made STi stickers, I can just include them in the package with the clean plastic cap and the centercap and the customer can put it on or put on any other sticker they choose. That way there is not illegal branding of my parts as STi pieces. I'll just sell a legitament sticker with the parts.

i dont have paypal but ill just ask friends if they have My wheels are 18x9 RS advan wheels... can you pm me a bigger pic. thanks

There are venders on ebay that sell such stickers. You could manufacture the cap and clear piece and let others find their own stickers. I picked up a set with a printed CF background for about $14.

GraphicSTI might be able to help you out as well. Might be worth it to PM him.

I have my first order for these right now (for Enkei RPF1 wheels). I will post pics when they are done, and should be able to supply at least this type of wheel. This set is going to be engraved. Still haven't found a supplier for stickers or clear plastic covers yet.

I have to get the dimensions from my friend still, so I am not taking orders for other ones yet.

Please give me a few days to quote you a price. I have something in mind right now, but I really have to get the dimensions from the wheels to size the copolymer material and o-rings and do a price chart before I relase them.
