IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2004 Trader Rating: (8) | Front only - 04 or 05+ fitment. Need track disposables? or just want plain rotors. Stay tuned - a pallet of them is on the way. Here are pics of the samples You'll notice -They have the black coating which is all the rage -They are FINE TURNED - just like your OEM Brembo's - They are balanced (oops - I didn't show that part - They are pillar vane - like your OEM rotors - They are properly machined w/ chamfers on the holes etc They look WAY better than I though they would - they are a 'premium' line rotor - not an economy line. $89 per rotor. And the pads Semi metallic - with an FF friction code. You can see it on the pad. FF = pretty good stopping power - that is the same edge code for many good street brake pads. It's a code derived from a specific test. I think they just made a bunch of these - and then were like ...oh no - what do we do now. I've sold about 15 sets of these already - and no one has threatened my like yet so they must fit and work ok. I do feel oblidged to install a set of these pads w/ the above rotors on my car and beat them around a bit to see what happens. $49 front $49 rear This ad is not endorsed by this member. IWSTI Addict since: Jan 2008 Trader Rating: (0) | Who all is doing two piece floating rotors for the WRX/STI? I know I LOVE mine as they cut weight, get rid of heat better and as they are floating don't get as sketchy during trail breaking. Not sure if it's an issue for you guys or not but we build up a LOT of heat in the stock rotors. By the way... Mr WRXBrakes, I don't know you by another name do I? cough cough |

| Silver Member | that's cool. This may be an option for me. I am going to need to do my rotors soon since the stockers have almost 100K on them now, and I didn't want to get some expensive or crazy aftermarket ones and the stock ones are really costly through subaru |
