How about something to dress up the top of the rear bumper on the 2008 hatch "ledge"? Instead of the factory rubber option?
want to let me take measurements on your car? I don't think the local dealer will like me tearing up their demo cars. How does it attach?

well, I took a look at the door sills, and it seems like those would be not possible to make on a mill. The front ends flare up along the vertical door sill and then extend inwards into the footwell, all of which is nothing done cheap or easy from solid material.
The only thing I could do it make a door sill that extends over the flat section, and have the plastic flat part cut off. This would replace that part, while keeping the stock door sill section in front that goes upwards.

Would anyone be interested in a door sill that required you to cut the flat section of your stock sill off and replace with an aluminum one? I'll post some pics up of my ideas later in the week.

A gated shifter trim might be more plausible if you had a short throw shifter... because the throws are shorter.

the dead pedal is possible and easy. I just have to source some of those rubber nubs and the clips that hold it in place.

Radiator shroud is possible, but thats more of a sheet-metal fab job.

I am working on an idea for door sills from sheet-metal, as well as a front and rear diffuser for cheaper than those APR and HKS ones.

The gated shift trim is also another idea that I have to research

Diffusor that will work on a 2002 WRX? If need any one of my cars, 2005 STi or 2002 WRX for test fitting or anything, let me know. Diffusor would be sick, along with the door sills and dead pedal. Shifter trim would be another idea, or license plate delete or even license plate frame. What would be really cool is to get rid of the dinky antenna on the 2002 WRX with a nice lil nubby type one, almost like what Perrin makes for the Evo yah know? Then you have the covers in the engine bay, solenoid covers, etc.

I am working with a local sheetmetal shop. I will have a prototype of the door sills in about a week.
They will be stainless steel sills with a brushed finish, which will stick onto the existing sills to cover them. I will see if I can offer them in brushed steel (deep silver color) and gloss black (painted).
Thats my plan, we'll see how it turns out.
