Mill up the mold and plug for all sorts of CF parts.

Get some CF pre-preg.
Get a cheap oven (thrift shop will work for this).

Go to town making any of the following out of CF:

headlight "eyebrows"
Pulley covers
Door sills
side spats
lateral link aero wings
dead pedal
door handle pulls
rear child seat upper anchor covers (purely bling)

Or go nuts, and make a small battery tray and tie down for a braille battery. We can help source the battery for you as we know a guy, and he's insterested in something like this.

Undertrunk cover with integrated compartment for a first aid kit.

I would be all over the CF parts if they were made. And door sills!

ha cool. damn I wish I had a workshop with a mill and a lathe in it! having done some DIY car stuff on a mill or lathe at my last job here are some ideas-

aluminum license plate surrounds or with a bracket inegrated into it
almuminum radio surrounds or gauge pods for a DIN space in the dash
now you can machine a tapered hex outside shape on your shifknobs
suspension/swaybar endlinks
battery hold downs,
mini-battery (braiile, etc) trays and hold downs
aluminum ramps for under-car work or car shows (honeycombed with thru holes to remove weight)
camber plates (ones that add strut travel are in demand and can be made with a lathe&mill)

maybe not STI specific but-
beefy thick exhaust flanges (lathe the thru hole and then mill to shape)
big brake (stoptech style) caliper adapter brackets for the FC and FD RX7 guys
reinforced swaybar brackets/mounts (every LS1FC has to DIY something)

hmm very good ideas so far!

I still have to learn how to use the machine, so I'll have to start with easy pieces with relaxed tolerances, (aesthetic accessories), and then I can move into more complex and precise parts from there.
