BTW, folks, these new rear bushings work for BOTH the STi 6MT, and the standard 5MT that Subaru puts in everything else. So spread the word to everyone you know. No Scooby tranny should have to suffer without Kartboy bushings.

Which reminds me - I can order a bunch of the KB 5MT front stay bushings and make a kit if anyone is interested. The price won't be as good as the STi packages since we have to abide by Kartboy's vendor rules, but at least we can save folks on shipping.

That works for me as I expect to be placing another KB order some time this week.

BTW, as long as I'm out here, I would like to raise a question I have asked before, but not gotten much feedback on.

Tony and I are about ready to pull the trigger for the next TiC product. We are looking at bushings again, but this time for the rear diff. These are NOT for the rear subframe outriggers ala Whiteline bushings, but are for the actual mount. The reason I am wondering about this is to find out if people would be interested. As you can understand tooling and production is rather pricey, and we'd like to spend our money on making parts people would actually use; thus why I am gauging interest. So far, we know that these will fit all USDM STis, all 02+ WRX, 01-04 outbacks/legacies, 02+ 2.5 RS, probably 02+ foresters (we need to confirm).

To give you an idea of what we are talking about here's a pic of the rear diff mount. See those POS eliptical bushings? We're looking to replace those with solid (yes, others are on the market, but we've planned for the price to be a good bit less, and easier to install). The one we are talking about is the top one.

Lots of the new kits have gone out the door lately, and I've been getting word that folks are starting to receive them. For those of you on the fence about this you should hopefully see some new reviews after this weekend.

I guess I should bump this thread for the folks who are subscribed to it.

The new rear diff mount bushings have been out for a few weeks now. So far good feedback on them.
