Japanese readers/speakers help needed for install

Hello,

I hope I put this thread in the right forum. Anyway, I'll soon be installing the subaru impreza gd sedan accessory roof rack which is available in the jdm and edm markets. The install seems pretty straight forward but I'm still unsure of a few things after looking at the instructions which are in japanese. I took a few pictures from the manual in hopes that someone will translate the text in them for me. I would surely appreciate it.
