I know. Man I need to freakin change my Forum Name already, I always get stupid Newbie answers. Ive been a Subienewbie for about 4 years now. Had a wrx then sti.

Clap, sorry my dumb ass said I would only use them for looks, I would use the extra width for autoX and HPDE as well, hence my choice to stay in the 17s. The car is not a DD and still under 10K since 05.

well if you ran a 17x9 +38mm and a 245/40/17 RE01R you would just need camber bolts in the rear to no rub.

Honestly though i'd wait till you figured out what suspension you're running before you pony up for an aggressive set of wheels.

and don't worry GTR face is possible on an STi

I mentioned earlier that my suspension was stock, but since we were talking rubbing and height, I left a few details out. I have an H brace, fender brace, GT spec brace, ALK, tons of TiC bushings, sways and rear strut bar. Next is CO and ball joint extenders, debating on 6gun or this JDM brand I can get from Japan. Is there anything else I need to figure out? Let me know Clap or PM me! Thanks again for the replies!

In aggressive setups an ALK can actually create rubbing issues.

either way i'll shoot you a PM.
