No I did not have to replace all 4. I did not have a lot of wear on the tires to justify replacing all 4. Check out tirerack.com and do some research about the wear for a Subaru and AWD. If you are with in XX amount of tread, you do not have to replace all 4 tires. Sorry I do not recall the exact specs of the tread.

Yes it was a year ago and I did work it out. I bought a new tire and rim and the owner cut me a check for both. Since then they filled all the potholes in their parking lot and I still have the 5th rim and tire at my house. I was thinking about turning it into a clock.

The only issue I had was Subydude sent me a 5x100 hub size and had to wait for them to send me a new rim with the 5x114, which they did as soon as I called them. I just had to give them an address for fedex to pick up the 5x100 rim. They paid for all the shipping. I just had had to have the tire swapped to the new rim. Which I also had done for free.
