Sounds like a pretty good deal but it depends on 2 main things. Which Blizzak's are you referring to as there are quite a few different kinds, and what condition are the tires in?

If they're in good condition (no damage, flatspots, holes, etc.) you should be fine, but I've heard the Blizzak WS-50 loose a great deal of their ice traction as they become worn. However if the tires do indeed have 75% tread remaining you really shouldn't have anything to worry about.

blizzak lm-22s. he said they were garage kept and i think only a year old. ill check the tread and look for weird wear, holes, fixes etc.
