Is that for sure? I'm just curious...not questioning you.

I just put my M3s on last week and thought something was wrong with the motor b/c I could actually hear it! Seriously, the sound of the motor is so much more pronounced now with quieter tires.

I just slapped WS M3's on my car today, so far they feel great. Chicago is supposed to get 14in of snow by tonight so i should have a chance to check them out on my way to work tomorrow morn...

Dunlop 3D's rock!
Vancouver got a huge snowfall (about 25-35cm) and Im passing everyone with still tons of traction!
From what I hear they beat out the M3 in a couple of tests.

I was able to check them out in snow last week, in a word...SICK! Much better than the LM-25's, much harder to break loose and better in the dry.

just bought the 3d's and are unbelievable!! we have about 3 inches of cold snow and car handles great... the only thing that sucks is I went into a parking lot and tried to mess around and i had a hard time getting the car to slide around .. i did the same thing with my stock potenzas on and as soon as i touched the gas i was sliding all over the place..

3D's are bad ass!!!

My thoughts exactly! Even in 4+ in of slush, which is worse than powder snow, I had to pretty much keep it pinned to get loose at all.
