Default All Season Recommendation

I live in N.J., as many may know we have unpredictable winters. We could get between 0-10 storms a year. I am not going to be able to get an extra set of rims and tires for the winter like I thought. That leaves me with the only option of running all season tires. Just looking for some feedback on an all season tire...leaning toward the proxy 4. thanks.
