what is the best size tire on stock wheels i have 04 sti . and if anyone has any pics would be cool

i have an 04 and just got some 235/45/17 goodyears.. i like the wider tire but mine does rub a little.. my car is lowered on tanabe's.. ive read that it wouldnt rub but it does..
