Whatever they offer. That information was not specifically provided, but at the time every offset was available. You can check out tirerack for more information.

It is per wheel. BBS wheels normally go for $2400+ per set at the retail level. This is a substantial discount that I cannot imagine you will ever see again.

I found a few pages from BBS japan regarding some of their sizes/offsets

Go to products and there is a listing of wheels, sizes and offsets.

I'd really love the RGR in a 17 but I'd rather not go to a 7.5"(but would consider it) width and not sure which offsets would work that are in 5x114.3.

Can you guys get a list of exactly what sizes are available to fit STi's with the offsets? I'm interested in 17" RGR's.

I was posting this up as a courtesy to IWSTI members, but here is what I could find:

BBS REs
+50mm in 18x8 for 5x100 (04 models)
+40mm in 18x8 for 5x114.3 (05 & 06+ models)

BBS RGR
+50 and +45 in 18x7.5 for 5x114.3 (05 & 06+ models)
+49 in 18x7.5 for 5x100 (04 models)

In 17x7.5, these offsets are available for 5x114.3 (05 & 06+ models): 45,48,35,38
In 17x7.5, these offsets are available for 5x100 (04 models): 35,48
