IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | Please say YES. I ordered a set today. I saw a car with them on and I failed to notice that they were 17x9 +43. I don't see why they wouldn't because they're the same offset. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

But upon second look, it doesn't say the 17x8 +35 in a 5x114.3 bolt pattern fits, but the 17x8 +35 in a 5x100 does.

IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2004 Trader Rating: (1) | haha, yea, the 17x8 +48 don't fit, but will with a spacer (+43 will fit) 5x100/5x114.3The 17x8 +35 fit, but is a little too extreme offset. 5x100/5x114.3 And yes, the +43 17x9 fits |

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2004 Trader Rating: (7) | oh ok, i j/ replied to your PM. in theory the 17x8 +43mm should clear the brembos if they have the same wheel face as the 17x8 +48mm. I'm still going to try and track down some real confirmation that they clear the Brembos for you. how did i miss this thread!! haha must've actually been working ![]() what suspension are you going to run? have you already bought rotors? Project Mu makes one piece slotted rotors that are dual drilled. PM if you have questions (keep this on topic). |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | Damn dude, you found the info I've been searching for all afternoon in the wierdest spot! I never would have thought to look there. Thanks for the quick response, I came back here to send you the link to my thread and you already replied. ![]() To answer your question in the PM... I'm going with the 17x8's because I don't really want 9" wide wheels for the street. I can run 225/45-17 RS-2's which are dirt cheap to replace. I plan on purchasing 9" wheels for track only tires later on, sometime before next season. Answered the suspension and brake questions in a PM. ![]() Thanks! |

pm'd ya back. I agree 9" is a little wide for street use, not as in it doesn't fit, just that it's excessive. keep us posted on how things fit, when are you doing the swap to the new hubs? did you get the 6gunracing kit?

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2004 Trader Rating: (7) | any new pics with them rolled? how'd they roll the rear anyway? your wheels will be doing double duty so it makes sense to use the best setup for both. for me (2 sets of wheels) no reason to go 9" for the street.
