Anyone running these? My friend is swearing by them. Anyone on here have experience with these on an STi? I was maybe thinking about the 245/45/17. How do you think they compare to the stock RE's and the RT-615s?

Nice looking tire. Seems like its a close runner to the Azenis but prolly better in the wet judging by the center tread pattern.

My understanding is that these tires are so close to the RT615's in dry performance, that it's pretty much a wash unless you're an extremely competitive STU driver. I think the difference is that these have more lateral and longitudinal grip than the Azenis, but they don't feel as fast because the sidewall is a bit on the mushy side compared to the Falkens. Supposedly they're much better in the rain. The only weakness I think I've heard of is that they tend to get a bit more greasy than the RT615's when they get some heat in them.

I ordered a set of these earlier this week and they came in today. They'll be sitting around until I finish killing my RT615's. Whenever I get them on the car, which may not be for a while, I'll post some thoughts.

im running them on my 05 STi right now.. 245/45/17. no fittemnt issues with JDM pinks.

pimp....how do you like them overall? how would you say they compare to the RE's? Can you compare to anything else?

well i've been running them for about 3 weeks now and can say they ride great. there is a little bit of deflection due to the 45 series height on the 245 size and i dont know if they hold as well as the stocks do but they do offer great grip for the price. also they look like they will work better in the rain. no fittment issues on my 17x8 rota torques with jdm pink springs. sorry i cant get into more detail right now, gotta get back to work.. but will post more about them later. let me know if you have any specific questions

I have heard many good things about these tires, except the downside is the soft sidewall - especially compared to the RE070.

I guess the main question is....how soft are the sidewalls? Will it be noticeable like when you swap on snow tires? Do you have any experience with the RT-615s compared to these?

unfortunately i havent had a chance to run the RT's yet but the side wall flex is very slight when compared to the stockers. i had some crappy yokohama AVS DB's that really flexed bad. So these are definetly the bomb!!!

But i havent really shreaded on them yet so i'll post after i drive the crap out them
