IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2006 Trader Rating: (1) | I got a set of brand new Dunlop SP 9000 for only $50 ( I got them from my work they were OE tires from our Saturn Ion Redline with only 20 yes 20 miles on them) I guess I cant complain about the hook up but god dam does this tire suck! Its louder than the RE070, it losses tracion like hot bhutter on a skillet. Initial bite is great but as soon as they break there broke! Unlike the Bridgestones that slowly loose traction these loose it all! I guess I was used to the grip of the RE070's. I plan on switching back to the Bridgstones in the mean time and selling these. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with these. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2005 Trader Rating: (2) | Wow that's crazy. I used those tires on my 98 C70 for the last 4 years and I absolutely swear by them. Granted that car is nowhere near the car the STI is so maybe they are just better on some cars. |

| Amateur STI Driver | Thats odd. I have these on my 98 GSX making over 400whp and they hook awesome and are not loud at all! I also launch the car at 6k off a 2-step building 10+ psi out of the hole! Ive loved mine so far. |
