The brake dust is going to be a nightmare

I'd say leave this kind of thing to the show cars, not the daily driven ones..
But if you end up doing it, good luck
Just stock up on wheel wax

try americoat powdercoating / black max truck racks. an old friend of mine works there still i think. they make ladder racks for trucks but they do a lot of powdercoating on stuff other than the racks as well. they're right there on batavia in orange as well so it'd be worth a short drive over there for you.

I think white on white (color matched) would look great. Since the BBS's are forged, however, I'd paint instead of powdercoat.
