Default F*&%J'ing dumb A$$....crystal titanium? Anyone?

Ok, had the new RCE springs installed by what use to be a reputable garage. I requested hand torque b/c the rims were new and I didn't want them to get marred...well the dim wit had to have used a gun to burn the paint of the area where the lugs were, though he claims they were done by hand. Anyway, does anyone know a color to match OZ Crystal Titanium? Local wheel guys want $75/rim to paint it, and they are like little black marks only from the paint below. I just want to blend it a bit better. Can't find anything on google.

No, but I used a solvent and the scratches appear to be the black base under the silver.
