This is exactly the thread I was looking for. I want run 255 * 35 * 18 tyres on my 07 Sti. I have Ohlins FPS with prodrive springs, so the ride height is only a little lower and
-2 camber all around.
Can you please confirm that volk re30s 18x8.5 +52mm offset will be a goot fit, it seems so based on reading the earlier post. I'd prefer not to do any mods but happy to do a little if I hvae to. Also is there another size that will be a better fit for that tire size?

This is exactly what i want to run on my car with just a 1" drop with Cobb springs, so i am very interested in seeing how they look.

it depends which 255 you're looking at.

there have been some people who successfully run it.

I've got the 18x8.5 +55mm stock 08 STi wheels and tires on my car right now with the stock springs and struts and it's damn close to the rear strut.

so it will depend on the tire.

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. What Tire would you recommend?. So the O8 Sti wheels fits on the 06/07?
