Default Can't Get Wheels Off?!?

Lugs are off, car is up on jack stands and I absolutely cannot get any of the wheels to budge. I've rotated the tires before and had no problem at all. I'm clueless. I guess I'll hit the studs and area where the wheels meet the hubs with some PB blaster and see if that'll free anything up. Anybody have a clue?

This is really common actually, it's just the wheel sealing itself to the hub usually from a little rust. I used to deal with this all the time when I worked at Discount Tire, what you need to do is simple:
1) put 1-2 lugnuts on about halfway so the wheel doesn't fall on its' face when it breaks loose.
2) kick the tire, not the wheel, preferably from the back but if you can't from the back, then the front is fine, you just want to avoid kicking the wheels face. If kicking won't get it, you'll have to use a hammer or something.

Basically you just need to break it loose.

also, make sure the car is stable enough to kick it.

don't want the car to fall off a jack in the process.
