Default RE-01R pressures

I just put on a set of Bridgestone RE-01R's today, and I've got a track day coming up Saturday. Anybody have any experience with these? What kinda hot pressure do they seem to like best?

I just purchase them about two months ago. I love them. I m running them about 45psi on auto-x days. How much did you pay for them and where? I got my set from discount tire for 140 a piece for 3 then one free. Came out to 639.

Temperatures get much higher on a road course, so 45 psi is way more than I'll run. Left to my own devices, I'll probably start the fronts at about 35L/37R and the rears at 30 and go from there. IIRC that was about where the RE070's worked best.

I paid $159/ea from Tire Rack. I was planning to buy from Americas Tire (aka Discount Tire) but they wanted $250/ea (about $70 more than they quoted me three weeks ago). I did have them install them, though .

on the wagon with Re01Rs (225/45/17) I run 38F 36R cold... and have only moved up to 40F-38F as anything above felt like they don't get a flat enough contact patch for me and the car rotates too easily. But take it with a grain of salt... the car is different and the mods are different.

But for what its worth I get almost an identical feeling on 245/40/17 Advan AD07s on the STi and run the same pressures. My tire wear on the track with those pressures is very even and never rolls too much. The two tires are compared all the time as being similar... shrug...
