ADVAN RC III anyone got yet on the STI?

thier really cool looking wheels but the widest they come is 18x8.5 and the offset is slightly high for throwing on big tires.....i wish it had a mid 40's offset instead of the +52

I don't like how the "ADVAN Racing" logo is no longer brushed aluminum. It does not stand out anymore when color matched to the wheel.

I have seen several images of the wheel. What I want (or forum people) is to see the auctual wheels on the STI - mounted. I have not seen the picture anywhere yet of STI close up, someone who has the wheels already on STI.

SOMEONE PLEASE, ADVAN RC III on your STI, your car ?????

We know how the wheel look like, we don't know how it looks like on STI. Thanks.....
As far as offset how about +38 offset on 17x8 or 18x8.5, please anyone. No body has bought those yet????? Why???? Imposible????? Maybe because......

I talked to Rally Direct, it takes 2 months to get 17x8 +38 offset. Can someone explain why no one in US has them in stock? In all 48 states there is no one that has them in the stock. The suppliers, what is the deal. No money to buy something and have it in stock? Where do we go in those days?

The point is if you advertise something and you are the main supplier please stock at least 3 sets of each wheelset, have pictures ready how it maight look on STI or other cars.

any time you're buying a specialty wheel from japan, you're going to wait. it's the nature of the beast. I waited 2 months for my RGIIs.

Take it easy man, they just came out and they are just starting shipping them to the US. Give it time

Ask some1 to photoshop them on a STi if you cant find any1 with them.

although not 17" we were the first to advertise the rciii

First in the US Yokohama Advan RCIII

keep in mind alot of the parts from Japan are made to order (i.e. they don't make till you order it) so you will have to wait unless a vendor has ordered a set in the specifications that you want.

if a vendor stocks 3 sets of each wheel / size / offset / color and bolt pattern they will probably go broke in 3 days. LOL
and the nature of the business has been. When you have something in stock, you customer wants something else.

actually i take it back. 18x8.5 +38 wouldn't be bad. there's a pic of an sti with them on advans site. i think garagespec has a set in stock

Yes I saw that picture, and I think this is the only picure available, it is from the distance and under that angle, that any wheel looks good :-))
+38 might be good way to go with those wheels. I think it would be nice in 17 X 8 or as you mentioned 18 x 8.5
