08 rims on 04-07 STI?

I dunno if i like those 08 rims, I like the other choice way more, but i dunno how they would look on the 04/05

Apparantly the wheels will fit 05-08 STi's. Off-topic question, is there any difference with the new black brembo setup over the old gold brembo's?

the 08 STi wheels have a higher offset then before and due to their increased width tire sizes that fit the 8" BBS wont necessarily fit on the new 8.5".

just a little FYI.

Hey guys,

They fit on my `06 no problem. The 2 mm offset difference isn't enough to cause any rubbing. The closest they come to anything is in the rear. There's about a 1/4 to 5/16 of an inch between the rim and the shock tube. And about the same space between the spokes and the front Brembos.

They reduced the gap in the front fender quite a bit. Overall, the `08 STi wheel/tire combo is approximately 3/4 of an inch taller then the `06 STi wheel/tire. I also gained about a 1/2 inch in width which helped to fill up the wheel well and are now about flush with the body. No rubbing!

Suspension is stock for now but I'd still like to lower it a bit more in the front without compromising travel too much.

Any comments are welcome.

Looking at the pic you still gots plenty o' gap up front.
I cant tell whether I really like them or not..they look kinda off on your car.
