IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2007 Trader Rating: (2) | Long story short, I'm wondering if there is any brush on paint I can buy that is compatible with spray paint? The story... I'm in the process of spray painting my silver BBSs black with a red lip. I first sprayed the lip red, let it dry for a day, taped off the lip, then painted the rest of the wheel black. While taking the tape off (let the black dry for a day also), some of the black chipped off. I tried touching it up by spraying some black on a piece of paper and using a brush to dab it on. But the wet black paint ate into the dry black paint making it look like ****. So what kinda paint should I be using? I want to get these fixed ASAP so I can clear them and get my damn winter tires mounted. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

| Silver Member | just spray some of the paint into the lid or other container, then pick some up with your brush. Re spraying it would probably be better though. |
