Question Brush on touch up paint for spray painted wheels?

Long story short, I'm wondering if there is any brush on paint I can buy that is compatible with spray paint? The story...

I'm in the process of spray painting my silver BBSs black with a red lip. I first sprayed the lip red, let it dry for a day, taped off the lip, then painted the rest of the wheel black. While taking the tape off (let the black dry for a day also), some of the black chipped off. I tried touching it up by spraying some black on a piece of paper and using a brush to dab it on. But the wet black paint ate into the dry black paint making it look like ****.

So what kinda paint should I be using? I want to get these fixed ASAP so I can clear them and get my damn winter tires mounted.

can you not re-mask it and re-spray the black?

just spray some of the paint into the lid or other container, then pick some up with your brush. Re spraying it would probably be better though.

yes... but i would rather not. I think I'm just going to try brush on touch up paint, hopefully that doesn't eat into the base paint.

When my stockers were painted black, and if they chipped I just used a sharpie. Ghetto yes, but it worked.
