IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2007 Trader Rating: (5) | Well it sounds like you may have already made your choice but here is what I would think about doing. This is from a 350Z project car I saw with 18's and I know you said you wanted 19's but the same concept could apply I guess BBS RG-R 18 x 9.5 25mm offset in the rear 18 x 9 42mm offset with 12mm spacer in the front 275/40's all the way around I know it sounds crazy but the idea is handling is greatly improved by not running a staggered setup. If you go with above you will have to run the nismo long studs although since the article came out BBS has made a wheel in the correct offset for this setup. If alots changed on the G37 since the old G35/350Z I guess you can disregard all this This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

Only 9.5 rear? I'm dissapointed in you Drew jk id be rocking at least a 10" rear and lower offset. I'm sure these will be more of a 'street' wheel vs track so you can squeeze in alot more wheel.

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2004 Trader Rating: (7) | I have no idea what the rear room is on the new G37s. i didn't want to randomly throw out a number. i think a 10.5 would look proper in the rear though. |

I spec'd a friends 350z with work vs ss in 18x10 with I believe +28 offset which is considered conservative! there was plenty of room left, you can prolly squeeze in 11's if you do your homework

Trust me, i know...i've had two of them. They aren't the "sexiest" cars on the road, infact i don't think anybody on this site bought the car b/c it looked good. I sure as hell didn't Last edited by VtecSTI; 12-05-2007 at 03:27 AM.

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2005 Trader Rating: (1) | Back on Topic...What do you guys think of these? It's more than likely going to be in the garage 80% of the time. O.Z. Botticelli III Black w/Polished Lip I may have to go 20x10 though. Just a thought... |

| Professional STI Racer | back to some specs WORK VS-SS in Burning Black with 245/40/R18's in the front and 295/35/R18's (Yokohama ADVAN Sports) in the rear Front= 18x9 +34mm offset Rear+ 18x10.5 +28mm offset these offsets were a mild setup as he is planning to squeeze in some 6/4 pots later on, so clearance was an issue. if you arent planning to get a bbk then id go for more of an aggressive offest. These are literally the last set of work vs-ss made as the wheel in now discontinued. luckily the lip is still manufactured should he bend a wheel now pics (note: these were from the intial test fit, the car was lowered more/more negative camber added after a fender roll/pull) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2005 Trader Rating: (1) | 20"s seem like the best set up. What about 19"s in the front and 20"s in the back? I like those Work wheels. I think polished would look better than black with a polished lip also. Just throwing out ideas |

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2006 Trader Rating: (1) | what's infinity? car audio? to the OP, check out freshalloy.com for pics of g's with different wheel combos (also for sale threads, group buys, etc). i love meisters, but i think you could get something forged for that price (or less). as for size, i would stick with stock, i have heard the vdc can get mucked up from different sizes. i'm not sure if the 19's on the g37's are the same as the ones on the '07 g35, but if they are, i think they are spot on. forged rays ftw. |

Thanks bro. Yeah, i think the stock size may be the best, maybe wider. It came with 19's. Not sure the specs on them as i haven't even seen the car but i will find out on the 14th. Thanks again. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad.
