IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2005 Trader Rating: (4) | They are safe and I insist on having them. No potential for leaks and gouges as with clip on weights. The adhesive weights on the front to need to be properly positioned so that they don't hit the Brembos with the stock or most 17" rims. |

| Grassroots STI Racer | ^ I agree. I learned the hard way when a shop stacked them towards the outside of the rim. It knocked off all of the weights and scratched the calipers in the front. |

| dances with roads | Careful with that axe, Eugene. A proper wheel balancing machine will tell you how much weight to use AND where to use it -- on the inside or on the outside of the wheel. Stick-on weights may have to be placed near the outer edge in order to obtain a proper balance. Just ask the shop to look at the rims while they are still mounted and figure out where they can and can't put the weights. A good shop will be able to take it from there. |
