they look like OE bbs's off of something

I will agree with you on that one. They look similar to the Le Mans series wheel but not the actual wheel you are looking for. The wheels in question looks like it came off a BMW or a VW.

Mesh wheels in a 17 are no bueno on this car. IMO.
