IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2005 Trader Rating: (5) | The forging process was a ***** ![]() 1- Make plug from balsa wood 2- Make sand casting of plug 3- Split casting in half 4- rejoin two halves 5- Melt aluminum and pour into mold 6- Clean up and minor machining 7- Paint Pretty straight forward really, I mean, Who doesnt make their own wheels???? |
