sites to buy conti extremes from besides tirerack

The conti extremes are on backorder at tirerack and when i talked to a rep there they said it would be over 30 days until they are back in stock in our size. Does anyone know any other places that sell these tires online or even nationwide dealers like sears or NTB or anything? I need to get some before the snow starts.

They were available for me in the size 245/45/17. I would recommend going with larger numbers.

These are going to be mainly my winter tires so no real reason to get them in a little bit bigger size in my opinion
