Thanks man. For some people, a turbo Subaru is like a short affair. Love it at first, hate dealing with issues that creep up. For other crazy people, it becomes more like part of the family. Even if that engine did not run, I was prepared to do enough tunes on the side to get extra cash for an Axis Stage 2 block. Well, looks like I won't need one now, but I do need a FMIC (the 08 STI topmount just isn't gonna work w/ meth where I need to mount the nozzle). I also want to get rid of that ugly SPT exhaust and get the SRS exhaust (like on Tess's car).

Gabe, im glad that you got your car running, Im not able to watch the videos because of the how slow the net is out here. When I get back I will be installing the DR525, so if you want your top mount back you can have it.

I wanted to talk to you about fueling but I will shoot you a pm about that.

Congrats on the new build.

Thanks Wes. I don't need the topmount back (but I'll always take a spare). I looked at the room I have and there is room for the nozzle.

Its on Wes's car right now. Used to be mine. He could not get his 08 STI TMIC to fit, so we traded. It fits good enough.

That works. Come by when you get it on and I'll fix any fueling issues you have. Since it has been driven for a bit, it should have some good fuel trims learned that will help in the final tweak of the injector latency. I'll also check your open loop fueling too to make sure we are still hitting targets.
