| Amateur STI Driver |  08 sti ECM reflashed done at dealership car still hestitates Hey guys, got my 2008 sti with 3000 miles reflashed at the dealership based on the recall letter I got for the WVE#15 issue. Overall is a little better. However, at 4000 rpms in 3rd gear expecially I feel the car would accelerate but then it would hesitate and choke a little as it goes up to the 5500 range. The dealership should have done it, but like mine didnt. I drove the car for 2 weeks with it performing like crap. Rest the ecu via the battery and now the car drives amazing.
