They are basically the same. The tail of the 08 DP is a few inches longer. I remember some of the LGT guys running 04+ STI DP's in the beginning. I think that Maddad or Crucial made an extension pipe so that they would work. In case you didn't know, 05+ LGT DP's have the same part number as 08+ STI's.

They are exactly the same other than the 08 being about 5" longer.

As was already said, they are essentially the same, but the STI one is longer.

Invidia V3 02-07 WRX/STI is the bottom one and Invidia V3 08+ is the top.
