OBD-II Port Question

Is The OBD-II port on an 08 STi a 16 pin? with pins on 4-5-7-16?

OBD-II connectors are all the same.....OBD-II is a federal mandate...the plugs gotta be the same

According to the tuner im talking to there can be different pin layouts(hes from NZ)I want to make sure the stuff he has is compatible before I order the stuff.

USDM OBD-II plugs are the same i know that...if they are pinned out differently in other countries that i cant answer

odb2 with CAN scan has a extra pin. older ODB2 doesn't have CAN scan network. but still the plug is the same.
