Anyone tried the rear endlinks from Rallitek? Pricepoint isn't bad either.

Perrin rear endlinks are now on the market. Anyone try them yet? They look good in principle- thinking about ordering them:

now what happens if you hit a large pothole or bump? if the stiffer rear bar reacts, causing a higher spring rate.

either the stock endlink will bend and save some suspension parts or wheels.

or a strong aftermarket endlink will not bend, but will the wheel bend or other suspension parts break?

hmm.. strong endlink or bend the stocker and save the wheels/suspension?

Rocket Rally Racing uses stock endlinks on their 08 Subaru Canada STI with bigger sways. Its cheaper to replace a simple endlink than a bent wheel or other suspension goodies. As i live in a pot hole haven, ill stick with the stock endlinks.

Do they have spacers for both sides of the rod end or just one on one side?

there's more pics on their website- I think there's another spacer at the lower arm end, but not sure about the bar end end.

These look really nice. Are they rose-jointed like the stock pieces? My tuner tried the new Whiteline rear links when my Cobb sways were installed but he wasn't happy with their operation so I'm on the stock rear links still.

What's wrong with the Whiteline endlinks? Can you be more specific?

I wish I could, but I didn't see them fitted. If I had time, I'd still do my own work, but those days are gone...

I think it has to do with the spacers supplied being slightly too large for the mounting point. Thought I saw someone mention they had to file them down to fit.

The spacers on the Whiteline endlinks are NOT too large. We have spoken with quite a few people on this recently after some rumors popped up that they don't fit. Fact is they are meant to fit tightly for performance and to reduce noise. I will be doing a write up tomorrow with pictures to help demonstrate the proper way to install them so that people will understand how they are supposed to fit. To date we have sold many sets and have only had one person complain that they could not get them install. They are a tight fit, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

^^^not surprised to hear this. That folded piece of sheetmetal subaru calls a lower control arm is crimped slightly at the top so the opening is narrower than where the endlink mounting position is. It would be easy to think there's something wrong, but its just the way subaru designed the piece of metal. There seems to be a little more room if you move inboard towards the bottom of the shock a bit.

And if you loosen the lower shock bolt ont he control arm you get a little bit of play in the control arm. It will spread just a little making the spacer install a little easier. I get one spacer in, then the lower rod end. Then I start the other spacer just a little. Tap it a couple times with a hammer and it will be down in position. Tap the stock bolt through and you're set. This will all be in my write up tomorrow.
