| Amateur STI Driver | Anyone tried the rear endlinks from Rallitek? Pricepoint isn't bad either. RalliTEK HD Rear Endlinks 08+ Impreza WRX STi |

| Junior STI Driver | now what happens if you hit a large pothole or bump? if the stiffer rear bar reacts, causing a higher spring rate. either the stock endlink will bend and save some suspension parts or wheels. or a strong aftermarket endlink will not bend, but will the wheel bend or other suspension parts break? hmm.. strong endlink or bend the stocker and save the wheels/suspension? Rocket Rally Racing uses stock endlinks on their 08 Subaru Canada STI with bigger sways. Its cheaper to replace a simple endlink than a bent wheel or other suspension goodies. As i live in a pot hole haven, ill stick with the stock endlinks. Last edited by talsnic; 09-29-2008 at 12:04 PM. |

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | These look really nice. Are they rose-jointed like the stock pieces? My tuner tried the new Whiteline rear links when my Cobb sways were installed but he wasn't happy with their operation so I'm on the stock rear links still. |

| Authorized Vendor | The spacers on the Whiteline endlinks are NOT too large. We have spoken with quite a few people on this recently after some rumors popped up that they don't fit. Fact is they are meant to fit tightly for performance and to reduce noise. I will be doing a write up tomorrow with pictures to help demonstrate the proper way to install them so that people will understand how they are supposed to fit. To date we have sold many sets and have only had one person complain that they could not get them install. They are a tight fit, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Tony |

That folded piece of sheetmetal subaru calls a lower control arm is crimped slightly at the top so the opening is narrower than where the endlink mounting position is. It would be easy to think there's something wrong, but its just the way subaru designed the piece of metal. There seems to be a little more room if you move inboard towards the bottom of the shock a bit. Frank |

| Authorized Vendor | And if you loosen the lower shock bolt ont he control arm you get a little bit of play in the control arm. It will spread just a little making the spacer install a little easier. I get one spacer in, then the lower rod end. Then I start the other spacer just a little. Tap it a couple times with a hammer and it will be down in position. Tap the stock bolt through and you're set. This will all be in my write up tomorrow. Tony This ad is not endorsed by this member.
