Default 2008 Rear camber adjustment

Tony is wrapping up the install of the new Whiteline camber adjustment bushings for the 2008 right now. We'll let you know what we think in a little bit.

It won't be that quick. You can move it up to 15 seconds.

Wow, that install was fun.....

The stock bushings need to be pressed out of the arm. The front bushing is pretty easy to press out as it is just a standard one piece bushing. The rear bushing is a two piece metal/rubber/metal bushing that is more difficult to get out. We had to burn the bushing out with a torch, then knock the two halves of the remaining metal sleeve out separately.

They are now in installed though and working well. Alignment is scheduled for Thursday morning to see what kind of range is possible.

Stupid question, as I don't fully understand the new '08 rear suspension design yet:

Would rear camber plates still work to accomplish this as well?

very excited to hear about the rear camber adjustment!! I was searching here for a while, but didn't seem like there was a solution yet. Am very interested in reducing the rear camber...

getting my alignment done tomorrow morning, but only camber bolts up front on a stock system.

Are these bushings brand new parts or a new application of a current model? (i.e. can i buy them now?)

They are brand new from Whiteline. We will have some for sale in a couple days.

Camber plates will not exist for the rear of the 08 as there is no way to adjust camber with plates anymore due to the redesign of the suspension.

well i just got back from the shop, and i'm stuck w/ 1.2* and 1.4* camber in the back... would love to reduce that down to .5*

and surprisingly got the fronts lined up at 1.4* both sides completely stock (although my aim was 1.5* with camber bolts, now i don't even have to worry about slippage).

oh and zero toe all around. =)

We took a couple. We will try to get them up tomorrow. The guy who handles that is not here today.
