IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | Well i was asked by the Owner of Mishimoto and Turbochargers.com to help them do testing and sizing up a new larger better flowing radiator from Mishimoto. This thing is twice as thick and looks great. I took a few pics. They are around 250 bucks and it's a must have for anyone in the warmer states and high horse power guys who want to keep there motors running cool. Check them out at Turbochargers.com and ?'s just give them a call. ![]() This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. IWSTI Addict since: Jan 2001 Trader Rating: (1) | Can you PM me any contact details you have for this company? I would like to contact them about our upcoming event: Subie Extravaganza: A Subaru enthusiast event by enthusiasts for enthusiasts.. Perhaps they would be willing to supply a radiator for the raffle! |

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | Well like i said if you live in any state that gets hot like tx then yes it will be easy for your car on stop and go traffic to stay at a low 180 to 210 engine temp. Not saying the cars do now, but y risk over heat engine damage. plus it makes the engine department look really trick. |

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | there was'nt testing done on this car. Its been an added performance mod for many years of people adding a bigger better radiator to keep engine temp low to create more power longer under hard driving conditions. These radiators used on the 04 to 07 STI have seen a huge difference in the cars running better and pulling harder. Last edited by mausny05STI; 06-10-2008 at 11:09 AM. Reason: spelling |

I have tracked my 08 sti and have not had any problems with high coolant temps. Also, every aftermarket radiator I have ever installed on a Subaru that has a wider core has required cutting of the upper and lower radiator hoses to allow them to fit properly. A lack of cutting can cause blockage, premature wear of the hoses, and rubbing of the upper hose on the alternater pulley. I always cut the radiator side of the hose down by3/4 - 1" to fit properly. IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | i can't seem to find the product on their site. during a cruise in the mountains on the coachella valley, i noticed my temp gauge up near the top big line. the average temp here in the summer is 115+ during the day so this is something i'd like to get my hands on. i had a fluidyne radiator on my 99 civic hatch with B18C5 swap - made a world of difference.
