IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2008 Trader Rating: (0) | Anyone seen this? Perrin Performance - PERRIN Turbo inlet hose Test and tune Am I dense or does he mention a quad tip Exhaust? I thought they were sticking to single tip? I am told all the stage 2 stuff is done, but it doesn't seem like you can't order it from the website. Well you can order 1/2 their DP, but that looks like it. Jeff seems like a bright guy and this stuff looks good, but buying from this company is impossible. This ad is not endorsed by this member. IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2008 Trader Rating: (0) | Please post the link for both parts of the DP? Only the rear section shows up. This makes it impossible to order over the internet and pay with paypal. |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2008 Trader Rating: (0) | Is anyone running this Dual catted system? I'm rethinking if I should just go with the Maddad front DP and the Perrin back catted part. My only reason to go for the two cats is if it passes emissions and to help keep the cabin noise down. Nobody seems to offer much if any warranty on theses things. IMO, the divorced setup is more likely to be an issue down the road. My APR TBE had a lifetime one and they would do advance exchanges with photo proof of an issue. I called cobb today and DP's are 4-5 weeks out for new orders. |

![]() Here is what showed up: ![]() I am also not thrilled with the assembly and these pictures seem to illustrate the reason why keeping things simple is not a bad thing. Lets just hope the speed bump in the mandrel bend and the overlaps where the pipes merge don't take away from all the reasons a divorced setup should be used. ![]() ![]() ![]() Second to the last picture also has me thinking twice about the longevity of this DP. You can see the welds showing through at where this DP is going to get the most heat in the weakest area. If it had more than 12 months of warranty, I don't think I'd be all that concerned. Maybe I'm just being picky. I'll post better pictures once I have get home. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. | |
