ive had the Cusco OS front bar since mid march. it does tighten up the front end, but its nothing compared to changing sway bars or springs.

install is very basic, and anyone can do it. 6 bolts on/off and your done. i was impressed with the fitment. i did not have to move any A/C lines or anything. it clears everything, and no issues at all.

Cusco is a great fit, looks great and seems to stiffen up the front. I cant wait till i can afford the stage 1 from COBB.

Exclamation 14.5 ft-lbs.

The only caution with the front strut bar install is be careful not to overtorque the nuts. The spec is around 14.5 ft-lbs and many have broken them by going over.

Can the 2008's use the same front strut bars at the '04-'07?

No. At least in the case of the STi, the wheel base is different.

Thanks, although I assume you mean track, not wheelbase.

I just installed the Cusco front and back strut bars yesterday, feels better in tight corners, etc. I'm still gonna throw on some new springs in awhile.
