are there currently any recalls on the new sti?

Didn't they have a recall on the motors? Do a search on here to see! Because I remember reading about transmissions and motor problems.

As a preventative measure, there was a Stop Sale because of a potential engine problem. It's very, very different than a recall. I haven't read any wide spread transmission issues.

Oh they're done with the stop sale, but now there is a back log of orders and no cars to fulfill them because the stop sale has the cars held up in testing. My car was slated to arrive on April 24th. I have no idea when it will get here and my salesman claims to be in the dark too.

there were a lot of complaints on there about film on the windsheild. any one have the same problem?

i just looked it up on that link but it was for the impreza it didnt say wrx or sti so i was just wondering

I think we should be looking for TSB's. If these are serious they usually turn into recall's.

With my VW, I bought a years sub. to bently's software based service manual and it had all the TSB's Does Subaru have something similar?
