Really loud brakes on my 08 sti

Holy crap my brakes are loud!! Sometimes if I come to a couple of hard stops... right as the car stops ill get that brake farting noise... but THEN immidiately after that the whole front of the car will start bubbling like a bong rip or something like that.

Just new brakes? break in procedure? This isnt the first time its done it either, happend twice before? Whats the deal?

My brakes have NEVER done that...and they take a beating at auto-x...ask anyone whos seen my attempts at driving...especially todays course...ugh.

Sounds like somethings wrong. Have you taken it by the dealer yet?

No, its happend only three times in 600 miles and I don't know how I'm going to replicate the problem. What am I to do, slam on the brakes several times in front of a mechanic? Knowing Subaru they'll be like ABUSE!! ABUSE!!

haha no brakes are meant to be slammed on. What happends if a little kid jumps in front of you're car? Im still not clear on the sensation you speak of. Do you feel a vibration through the chasis and steering wheel?

im not sure? is that what that noise is called? it starts off as that but then it turns into bubbling

Take it to the dealer... you don't necessarily have to replicate it, just tell them you've definitely had issues and you'd like them to inspect the brakes/lines.
