More exhaust than normal?

After driving the track hard yesterday, a friend pulled up behind me after dinner long after driving and told me the tail pipes were still smoking after i had turned off the car a few minutes prior. This am I checked the fluids and oil, all seems good. It does seem to be letting out more exhaust then i expected... but then again I have not spent too much time staring at the exhaust prior to this, so i dont know what to compare it to.

Yeah, I'm guessing it is normal. Have you seen the internals of the stock exhaust?
could be left overs that was still in the chambers.
