Default Tire Rubbing Noise In Hard Turn

I took a couple of hard fast turns with three people in the car 3rd gear WOT. I got a horrible noise, sounds like the tires grinding the Rear wheel wells. Thought the fender and tires were going to be ripped up but cant find any sings of rubbing. I had five people in the car in a parking lot one time and had no noise. Need some input NOT GOING TO THE DEALER have to drive way to hard to hear the noise going to try it by myself but i dont think this should happen no matter how i drive. Any one have this problem?

I went out there again with a flash light and found that it burned up the inside mount (plastic washer) on the rally armor mud flaps. think i have to remove the spacer to get more clearence.

Hehe I was just coming in to post that. I had the exact same noise when turning hard. It turned out that the spacer is only supposed to be used for the alternative drill-a-hole install method. If you are just using the clip, you don't need the spacer.

If you drill and use the spacer, will you rub?

No because I believe you use a different hole on the flap.
