Rear wheel flare paint chipping?

Forgive my newb-ness if this if its been answered a million times.
But does anyone else have chipping issues on the rear fender flares??? It seems crazy that Subaru would not have addressed this issue with a factory mud flap or more clear bra than what comes provided. I bought a set of the Rally Amour mud flaps, but there is enough damage already and I only have 2400 (break-in) miles. I don't mind the car getting dinged up from my future hard driving, but when its clearly a design flaw/neglect, it's a little frustrating.

Anyone else? I feel like this should be covered by warranty.
