Random question...

Do any of these gauges dim when you dim the dash lights?? Just curious cause especially if you have the NAV the cabin is harsh and bright at night so I always turn it down a click to put the nav in night mode. Wondering if the gauges would still match in the dark when they are most obvious?

With the Defi's you have a choice of using the illumination wire which allows you to dim it with the cluster. I didnt use it.

The 52mm Ultra's have 5 contrast levels for day and 5 settings for night with memory so you can lock in your preference.

Prosport is the best bang for the buck, they come in amber and the electrical ones even do the STi gauge sweep.

Any Gauge Pods that will fit the 08 STI. Like for the older models you have the 3 gauges that fits in the middle of the dash..

I talked to the parts dept at the dealer a few weeks ago and they said SOA is releasing gauges to fit the factory cluster.
